DROP OFF! Yes!

The online sale is over (hopefully a lot of your stuff has sold!), and you’re getting ready to drop off your in person items (and maybe online sold items), so lets walk you through the process so you know what to expect!

Lets get the online stuff outta the way first!

You’ll have a chance to sign up for a drop off day/time as it gets closer to our pop-up sale. When you arrive for your drop off appointment you'll scan the sold item QR code to check in each item and you'll help us put the items into the Shopper order bags! If you are bringing things sell at the in-person event too, then that process is exactly the same, and we’ll get to that next :)

Next, your in-person items!

Get the rest 'o' the stuff in after your online items

  • Bring your in-person items in, and get them onto our rolling racks

  • Please make sure they're separated out by boys/girls, and put in size order-smallest to largest

Our inspectors will then go through your clothes

  • Bring your clothing items and shoes in next while we're scanning your online items-you'll get a rack and they'll need to be in sex and size order. We'll go through those while you put out your toys/big items/anything that goes on tables. Then we then ask that you help us put out your clothing items onto the floor. :) Don't worry, if there are extra helpers they'll give you a hand!

    • Each SIZE (3 mo, 2T, 5T, 10, etc) section on our big racks will have numbers on them, please put your items in the section for your seller number-check out the pic at the bottom of the email!

  • Once all of your items are out on the selling floor, you'll bring up your rack, pick up your PRESALE PASS, and tell all your friends to come shop your (and everyone else's!) stuff!

Don’t forget to pickup your presale pass, some chocolate/snacks up front, give us a hug/hi-5 for joining us and get ready for the celebration!

There will be a special presale shopping time for you to not only shop before the public, but also get early access for discount shopping!

We recommend smaller kiddos stay home during presale times because it can get a bit hectic, but they are welcome to shop at anytime. (Unless you WANT us to tell your family they can’t come so you get some mommy shopping time to yourself!)

Don’t forget to tell EVERYONE about the sale, word of mouth goes a long way! We’ll also be on social media so share, tag, comment galore! You’ll also be able to track your inventory sold in your online account so you

AFTER THE SALE

UNSOLD ITEMS/DONATION PICK UP

  • At the end of the sale there will be items that have not sold. You must pick up your items that you want back in your life and house on Sunday afternoon. While we will shut down the sale and do a quick pre-sort, you will be responsible for locating all of your unsold items.

  • Any item that isn’t picked up by the end of the sale will become property of Bella Kids, and we will be donating them to charitable organizations that get them directly into the hands of local Alaskans that need them!

CONSIGNOR REIMBURSEMENT PAYMENT

  • After the sale we audit every computer, and other behind the scenes wrap up tasks for the online/in-person sale, and we send out payments through PayPal within 7 business day of unsold item pick up!

    • We send a PayPal payment to the email you used to sign up, unless you email us a different PP email to send it to.
