Meal Volunteers
Access to the pre-sale at 5:30pm (5pm for the 1/2 price pre-sale) and consigning fees are reduced to $5.
2 Meal shifts= Access to 4:30pm pre-sale (5pm for the 1/2 price pre-sale) and consigning fees reduced to $5.
Volunteer 1 shift
Access to the pre-sale at 4:30pm (5pm for the 1/2 price pre-sale), consigning fees are reduced to $5, and 75% split.
Volunteer 2 shifts
Access to the pre-sale at 3:30pm (4pm for the 1/2 price pre-sale), consigning fees are waived, and 80% split.
Volunteer 2 shifts plus the sort
Access to the pre-sale at 3pm (4pm for the 1/2 price pre-sale), consigning fees are waived, and 85% split.
Please Note: Increased splits are for the first $1000 of your sales. All sales over $1001 will be at the original 70/30 split.

When you sign up to volunteer please leave registration positions for those
who are pregnant/nursing an infant or have other health issues that need accommodating.
Remember husbands can volunteer as well and you still get the credit! Please contact
us at info@bellakidsak.com if you have any questions or need to work out an alternate
schedule to volunteer.
Children are not allowed at a volunteer shift unless they are a nursling and it has been prearranged with Bella Kids. Exceptions have been made but must be approved by Bella Kids staff.
Not consigning, but still want to volunteer. You can! Register at the link above. All non consigning volunteers must fulfill their shifts prior to the pre-sale.
Volunteer pre-sales are only for our volunteers, guests are not allowed.
Attention: No show volunteers will not be allowed to volunteer at future events. You may reschedule your shift anytime online before the start of the event. We do ask for 24 hour notice, once the event starts, if possible and we know emergencies do happen and they will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
